Abstract/Summary:
With the arrival of knowledge economy era, high quality human resource as the carrier of knowledge and skills has become the most important. It is one of the key factors to be competitive. As an important method to be preservation and appreciation, training gas been concerned by domestic and foreign scholars and enterprises.FV is a foreign invested company with more than 200 employees. Facing the increasing market competition and crisis of competent people, how to improve the staff quality and enterprise competitiveness through training has become a practical problem that should be solved quickly.In this paper, the actual research and analysis of FV company’s current situation and existing problems, at the same time, the use of human resources training in modern management thinking and theory and finally put forward the optimization suggestion. The optimized training system is more reasonable, targeted, effective and operable. It will help FV efficiently launch staff training and roundly improve the quality as well as level of human resources. Not only it facilitates the competition of human resources system, but also contributes to enterprise competition improvement.
