The small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises also pay more attention to the information work of enterprises. With the implementation of a series of important information engineering, small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises informatization has made obvious progress, the enterprise alsointroduced advanced management thought and management system. In this one, there are plans to MRP, MRP II and ERP as the representative of themanagement system and the DNC, PLC and SCADA as the representative of the industrial control system. These systems have been applied to production management in the enterprise, and achieved good economic benefits in production. However, because of planning management system cannot expandthe bottom layer control layer, control layer and bottom layer cannot be extended upward to the plan management layer, and between the two there "gap", causes the enterprise to plan not accurate execution. This is because the plan management system in the formulation of plans, not real-time data of the production site support, make the plan lacks the scientific nature and therationality of. When the enterprise internal and external environment changes,such as customer demand change, production site is not timely instructions toadjust the plan. Analysis of causes of these problems, can be found between planning layer and control layer and lack of effective communication and integration, is the result of production planning and the real reason disjointed. The project management level is not the shop floor of real-time production informationsupport, and the workshop unit layer can not obtain timely plan instructiondynamic adjustment, these are not conducive to enhance the market competitiveness of the enterprise. Along with the Informationization Engineering of pushing, enterprises found that MES system can fill the gap between the two, to realize the two-way communication with the communication layers, and achieving the continuous flow of information. In the development of MES systems, because the production characteristics of workshop complex, determines the system development to solve the large amount of data, the production process is complex and changeable, the problem of difference of user etc.. In the development process of MES system, and emphasizes the close coupling of business logic and implementation of the system, causing poor flexibility. In the system, with the continuous change of enterprise businessdevelopment and customer requirements, enterprises need to seek a morerapid, more efficient operation mode, adapt quickly to the changes of internal and external environment of the enterprise. Therefore, the enterprise must carry out the necessary reforms on the business of the existing mode of operation, in order to adapt to the new market demand. This adjustment may be a regular behavior, which on the construction of MES system has brought new challenges, requires the system has the ability to adapt to business changes. At the same time, different enterprises have different management requirements, the contradiction between the personalized needs of large-scale production and enterprise information system has been the existence of.With the development of market and economy, the electronic manufacturingindustry division of labor also is in ceaseless fractionize. The development of Y company product line also comply with this trend, from the hardware mold development and production, electronic circuit board processing and finishedSMT/PTH to the module assembly process, are manufactured in Y company, the manufacturing process is complicated, prompting Y company must have a complete set of system to support in the enterprise resource management, at the same time also requires enterprises in manufacturing execution surface has more effective management methods to achieve unique more timely. Therefore, Y company has introduced ERP system and PLM system, the research of MES system to Y company in with ERP system and PLM system integration, GSPcompany in MES general application and extended application, make informationmanagement to the modern manufacturing industry is not the average height, tobring enterprise business management and revenue benefits contribution.In this paper, through the research of information system and advanced management mode, proposes the MES mode of operation and management of electronic manufacturing industry informatization management framework of mass customization strategy, global optimization. The use of advanced production management mode, construction management electronic manufacturing industry MES solution. The scheme realizes the transformation of enterprise integrated upper ERP and bottom PCS, two-way flow of information, reflects the effect of the integration and optimization of MES, achieve logistics, capital flow and information flow of the three in one. The above theory in practical application, in the present situation analysis and needs analysis of Y enterprise, at the same time, based on the actual production and operation and the characteristics of electronic manufacturing enterprises, completed the analysis of management information system of enterprise Y.
