Heng Long Victory City Program is a long cycle, investment and complex internal structure and external contact more extensive, large real estate projects in the project implementation process, often influenced by many uncertainty factors, investment, construction period, quality, safety risks, an urgent need to strengthen risk management, the implementation of active prevention and control, to reduce or avoid losses, therefore, this paper takes the project as a carrier, the study of construction project risk management of real estate.
