Employee training is an important way to develop and manage human resources in enterprises. It is an important way to improve the strength and efficiency of enterprises, and is also an important means to build the core competitiveness of enterprises. After the training of employees, enterprises can improve the basic quality of the staff, professional knowledge, cooperative attitude, work skills and management capabilities, so that enterprises can get more reliable human resources security. Many companies pay attention to staff training, but the training effect is very good, there is no achieve the expected effect is not known, so neither can guarantee the training effect can’t achieve the training effect. In this paper, the YC power company staff training as the research object, through scientific demonstration of its staff training effect evaluation method to get a more objective and reliable evaluation of training effect, and for the evaluation of the development of targeted promotion strategy, in order to get a good training results.In this paper, the basic concepts of employee training and domestic and foreign staff training effect evaluation of the relevant research, training effect factors related to the relevant research review, based on the specific analysis of the YC power company staff training team structure, training problems. According to the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the evaluation of power enterprise staff training, the staff training is divided into the reaction layer, learning layer and the behavior of the results of the model, respectively, through the evaluation of the evaluation score to measure the overall training effectiveness and training indicators. According to the evaluation index, it has been developed to improve the training effect of targeted and workable. It is believed that the effect of YC electric power company to improve the training effect should be scientifically adjusted and targeted, and strengthen the learning awareness of the staff to improve the learning effect.
