The Research Of Rural Aging Security Problem In China

With the rapid development of China’s economic and social development and the implementation of family planning policy, China’s population growth rate continued to maintain the level of low fertility. Our society is facing the problem of aging population structure, which led to the growing problem of pension security in china.Based on the analysis of domestic and international rural social pension insurance system, taking Weifang city as an example, the paper analyzes the existing problems and reasons of rural old-age security in Weifang, and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the old security in rural areas of Weifang. This paper mainly from the government point of view of rural old-age security problems and countermeasures, trying to put forward suggestions to improve the rural old-age security in rural areas of Weifang, and then to increase the rural social security system in rural areas, improve the rural social security system for the purpose of providing a reference for the government and related social security departments.The main content of this paper is divided into six chapters:the first chapter from the background of the research, puts forward the purpose and significance of the research, the domestic and foreign research status, and the research ideas and research methods. The second chapter mainly expounds the related theory of the old-age security. The third chapter analyzes the economic and social development of Weifang City, and through the questionnaire survey and on-site interviews, analyzes rural social security situation in Weifang city. The fourth chapter analyzes the problems of rural social security system in Weifang City, which is mainly about the weakening of the function of family support, the lack of rural social security and the lack of community care, the problems of rural old-age insurance system, the medical difficulties in the old age. And analyzed the causes of these problems, the main part of the government’s responsibility to the lack of urban and rural two security system, the design of different parts of the country, it is difficult to ensure the comprehensive and systematic, the household registration system, the impact of the current rural land policy changes, the impact of changes in the pension, etc..
