Research Of Rural Residential Land Consolidation Potential Based On The Perspective Of Human-land Relationship Of Fuqing County

With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up, socio-economic development by leaps and bounds, the urbanization of China’s sustained growth, the accelerated process of urbanization has also brought a series of questions. The phenomenon of rural residential land hollow and inefficient using is more and more common, because a large number of farmers come into the city. Rural residential land consolidation can not only improve the efficiency of rural residential land, but also ease the pressure on arable land protection.Currently, calculating methods such as per capita construction land use standard method is widely used, but the measuring results deviate from the actual. Under the summarizes of the main outcome, theoretical and techniques about rural residential land consolidation, the paper attempts to calculate the potential of rural residential land consolidation in perspective of human-land relationship. The paper selects the township as the evaluation unit and establishes an evaluation model of human-land relationship to calculate the human-land relationship coefficient. In order to get the realistic potential, the normalized values of human-land relationship coefficient are taken to amend the theoretical potential. Fuqing city is taken as a case to study present situation.Research findings show that:(1) there are many problems in the rural residential land, such as, land vacancy, low utilization efficiency, the considerable potential in rural residential land consolidation would be exploited; (2)four evaluation units are in tension area of human-land relationship, eleven evaluation units are in sensitive area, eight evaluation units are in coordinated area, so the human-land conflict is serious in the main; (3) the theoretical potential of rural residential land consolidation the is 1231.66hm2, but the realistic potential is only 246.83hm2 after amending, so the releasing rate of theoretical potential is 20.04%; (4) human-land relationship has the positive correlation with consolidation potential. Finally, some suggestions about the rural residential land consolidation were put forward.
