With the rapid economic development and the improvement of people’s living standards, the supermarket chain of enterprises grew up in China. In the development there is some problem.In the process of enterprise development it’s the key to the development of the supermarket chain. Because of the growing importance of logistics in the process of enterprise development, more and more people pay attention to. Distribution as an important link in the logistics system, is responsible for bringing goods from suppliers to the consumer. Distribution efficiency have far-reaching implication both for businesses or consumers.Logistics is an integrated special form. It will be combined closely with the business flow and logistics, both contains the business flow and logistics activities, also include a number of functional elements. The quality, efficiency and service level of distribution sectors, intuitive and specifically reflect the level of demand. Distribution sectors occupy an important position in the enterprise logistics system. For supermarket chains, distribution is an indispensable part. Supermarket chains in China logistics industry has made some positive results after more than 10 years of development, but compared with developed countries there are still many problems, such as the backward of logistics facilities, low efficiency of logistics operations, low management level. Therefore, the optimization of logistics is very important. The distribution of the supermarket chains adopt a uniform pattern, such as unified image, unified procurement, unified price, unified management, unified sales and unified service,so it can do the better job.The enterprise logistics theoretical studies have been more mature, in the process of optimized route and distribution center site selection, the use of a traveling salesman method, ant colony algorithm, local heuristic algorithms, analytic hierarchy process, to create a site selection decision-making fuzzy evaluation matrix, the establishment of various mathematical models and a series of methods. However, the route optimization need to be further improved. This provides a huge space for us to study this problem.In summary, this paper combined the theoretical knowledge of domestic and international logistics with the field of chain supermarket logistics. We find out the key factors, found the problem, the build system, and put forward the feasibility measures. The strong theoretical support and reference will be provided for the supermarket chain logistics and distribution system.
