| Nowadays, China is entering a double transition, namely society from agricultural society to industrial society, the economy from planned economy system into market economy system, contradictions increasingly prominent. Labor relations is the product of industrialization and marketization, but due to the current Chinese market capital is relatively scarce, the absolute surplus labor and some short-term capital preferences of the government, industrial relations obviously imbalance, by the planned economy period of "recessive dispute, visualization cooperation" into the period of market economy "revealed dispute, tacit cooperation," labor increasingly acute contradictions, disputes frequently, so the labor dispute has become influence social stability and economic development of the most serious social problems, to the overall goal of the comprehensive construction of a harmonious society put forward severe challenges.According to current situation of industrial relations problem of Suzhou city G area, this paper, by using the method of questionnaire to the existing problems of labor relations in the region such as overtime time is too long, unequal working hours and salary welfare, labor protection non-existing conditions such as analysis, finally puts forward the strategy, expected can give local decision makers of certain reference value. This paper includes introduction, literature review and theoretical basis, subject, three chapters and conclusion.The first chapter is the introduction part mainly described in this paper, the research background, research significance, the research goal and the research contents, research methods and technical route, the possible innovation and shortage, the structure of the thesis.The second chapter is literature review and theoretical review. Literature review is mainly composed of labor relations mode, labor relations and the impact analysis, labor relations problems cause analysis, countermeasures for industrial relations this several aspects. This paper is applied to Dunlop model and dynamic model of the system.The third chapter mainly describes Suzhou G area present situation and problems of industrial relations, including the labor dispute cases continue to increase, the labor contract situation is not optimistic, covering incomplete social insurance pay, salary welfare, labor protection, not in time the related regulations of non-existing, labor relations coordination mechanism is weak, and so on.The fourth chapter G area present situation and problems of industrial relations, analysis the reason lies in the industrial relations laws and regulations is not sound, enterprise only pursuit of interests, no relation to the physical and mental health of employees, the trade union organization construction relative lag, labor market supply and demand imbalance, etc.The fifth chapter concludes that Suzhou G area labor relations strategy to resolve the problem.
