The Research On Small And Micro Enterprises’ Financing Predicament And Solutions In Jingmen City

Small and Micro Enterprises are the important foundation of the realeconomy.Moreover,they are irreplaceable in such aspects as boosting theeconomy,creating job positions,pushing the economy transformation and maintainingthe competition system.But for the enterprises in JingMen city of HuBei province,financing is difficult and expensive,which are the biggest obstruct ofdevelopment.This dissertation have studied the Small and MicroEnterprises’financing situation at present in JingMen city Comprehensively,deeplyanalysed the forms and reasons of the financing predicament and provided solutionsfrom three aspects:Small and Micro Enterprises themselves,banking industry andPublic Management Departments.Now,the financing predicaments are that money provision contradictssupply,the financing’s cost is increasing, the financing’s environment need to beimproved and private lending consists high proportion.These were caused by Smalland Micro Enterprises themselves,banking industry and Public ManagementDepartments. Small and Micro Enterprises have shortcomings such as small size,badmanagement, unperfect financial affairs, high risk and lack ofcollateral.Meanwhile,Banking industry lack institutions and products,PublicManagement Departments do not have good credit guarantee system and do notprovide sufficient policies.The measures should be carried out from these threeparts.:Small and Micro Enterprises should enhance the quality of themselves,bankingindustry should set up exclusive institutions for Small and Micro Enterprises andspeed up product and service innovation, Public Management Departments shouldstrengthen public administration, standardize private lending, carry out supporting andsupervision policies and so on.
