Economics to attach great importance to the study of financial performance problems on how to improve financial performance is also very attention, so in order to find out the status quo of China’s agricultural financial performance, this article on the financial performance evaluation of the agricultural listed companies in our country has carried on the related research.This article takes our country agricultural listed companies as the research object,based on relevant theories of financial performance evaluation and DEA, according to the principle of index system building and the characteristics of the DEA evaluation,constructs the agriculture listed company financial performance evaluation index system of input and output, comprehensive efficiency, technical efficiency and scale efficiency from three aspects of financial performance of listed companies of China’s agriculture level has carried on the empirical analysis, and according to the results of the analysis from the perspective of government and company’s own point of view, put forward to improve the agricultural financial performance of listed companies in China should take countermeasures and methods.
