Research On Rebound Effect Of Energy Consumption And Impact On It

Energy is always the focus and the hotspot issue of the economic development of all the world.In order to guarantee the speed of economic development, as far as possible to reduce the relying on energy consumption, developing economic, using energy effectively, and reducing the energy consumption is the most urgent problem China facing. The first to solve the problem of energy use is improving the energy utilization, however, at the same time, a new problem is that the energy rebound becomes more and more serious.This study is based on the analysis of the situation of the energy consumption and the energy rebound calculated, to calculat our country provincial energy rebound effect size, then put forward the factors that influence the energy rebound.Using panel data model to analyze the factors on the basis of possibility of data, then to analysis the size of the influence factors. The rusults of the panel data model research can be used for government.Based on the energy rebound effect of discovery:from 1996 to 1996, all parts of our country’s energy rebound fallen down. From 2000 to 2005, the energy rebound of western is flat. From 2006 to 2012, the energy rebound rises rapidly, it is higher than the eastern and central. The central energy effect size is in the second place.The energy rebound in east is relatively small.The rusult shows that energy construction input will restrain the energy rebound in northern China, northeastern China and eastern China. As to the southern, southwestern, northwestern region, it can increase the energy rebound effect instead. Industry’s impact on the energy rebound is positive, so that the increase of industrial proportion will improve the energy rebound. The proportion of the third industry’s impact on the energy rebound is more complicated. In northern, eastern and central southern region of China,the proportion of the third industry’s impact on the energy rebound effect is positive, as to the northeastern, southwestern, northwestern region, the proportion of the third industry’s increasing can inhibit the energy rebound effect.
