| Whether the ERP project can be on line successfully, will directly affect the operation and management level of Enterprise C. ERP system is one of the important signs for an enterprise to realize information-based management, which is a comprehensive managing method integrated with a number of disciplines and management knowledge and a managing software pursued by each enterprise. This mentioned ERP project is one of the important projects in Enterprise C in recent years, however, because of the complex structure of ERP system and the powerful multiple module interaction, it is very difficult to boost the construction and control the project schedule. Therefore, it is very necessary to research and assess the progress management of ERP project for future reference.Based on the background above, this thesis deeply studies the theories and knowledge of modern advanced engineering project progress management, and combined with the actual situation of Enterprise C research. The main research contents are as follows:1ã€Analysis of the problems in the construction phase of the ERP project, based on the WBS and the activity duration estimation. And then the preparation of the enterprise ERP implementation plan;2ã€Construction of the variable compression cost under ERP construction phase of the project schedule optimization model to solve the project schedule delays need to rush the optimal decision.3ã€Through the empirical analysis, the effect of the schedule optimization model is verified, and the total cost is increased by the least.By application the progress planning, optimization, implementation and the controlling of progress management theories in critical application projects, this thesis is trying to implement a full range of progress management to the enterprise’s ERP project, and ultimately to ensure its smooth completion. |
