Enterprises are now facing more and more competitions since business competition become more and more vigorous. In order to reduce cost and shorten lead time at same time provide better quality product and service, increasing amount of enterprisers now start to integrate lean speed and six sigma quality-Lean Six Sigma. Lean Six Sigma has become the key point of both domestic and foreign enterprises which help them win the market competition.It made enterprise have to improve project in two kinds of view with integration of lean production and six sigma. It can help to solve the obvious problems, meanwhile the power tool package can detect potential problems, so that it can get the advantage of speed, cost, quality and value, that means enterprises can produce rapidly, at the same time,it can maximize customer’s satisfaction. Lean Six Sigma using all kinds of technique to reduce variation, improve quality, reconstruct and speed the work process. It can improve manager’s basic management skill and also optimizing production line. It will provide better quality and shorter lead-time than others to get more market share, also via continuous improvement, reduce capital input, improve efficiency and market response ability, to get the advantage that competitor is not easy to copy, thus enterprises can build firm foundation and gain financial success than ever.Based on the basic theory of Lean Six Sigma and concept study, describing the meaning, flow and related methods of Lean Six Sigma management system. Through combining Lean Product and Six Sigma and taking company A’s successful experience as example, then build the technique system for the Printed Circuit Board (Abbr. PCB) manufacture enterprises research and study.
