The enterprise has become a major force to promote the development of a country. It plays an important role in promoting national strength, solving the employment and maintaining social stability. However, many enterprises have poor ability to resist risk problems, affecting the sustainable development of the enterprise and the country’s social stability. Scholars have realized the importance of crisis management of enterprises, and they studied the crisis causes and performance, the root cause, management measures and so on, trying to solve the problems existing in the enterprise development. This paper puts the enterprise crisis management as the research content, and puts the theory of system self-organization as theoretical basis,and puts case analysis as the main research methods, and constructs the enterprise crisis management mode based on self-organization theory, and puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the management of enterprise adaptability. Main research results and innovation are: first, based on the analysis of enterprise crisis and its management, this paper points out that the essence of enterprise is complex system. The enterprise can improve their adaptability to environment through changing operation mechanism constantly. The essence of enterprise crisis management is a process of increasing negative entropy, making the enterprise form dissipative structure. Second,this paper points out that self-organization has more advantages than organization by comparison. Self-organization meets the demands of the modern enterprise management.Third, this paper creatively combines system self-organization theory with the enterprise crisis management, and constructs the enterprise crisis management mode.Fourth, this paper analyzes the specific case from the forming conditions of the organization structure, and thus puts forward to related measures to reduce enterprise crisis and to improve enterprise adaptive capacity. Also this paper has deficiencies. It isrelatively limited about internal and external effect of the micro mechanism of the enterprise system enterprise crisis, and it does not study enterprise crisis management through empirical method. All of these need further improvement in follow-up study.
