To ensure the success of F330 which is the high end product, we need to summarize the lessons learnt and optimize the management system of the company.This paper analyzed the issues and insufficiency of vehicle development management system of FG Company, and actual examples. This paper discussed the vehicle development management system, introduced the background and current study result of light duty commercial vehicle development management system, based on the current mode and issues of vehicle development management system of FG Company, optimized the light duty commercial vehicle development system of FG Company, which ensured the success of F330 project.
