Recently, the rapid growth of China’s auto market sales, car ownership also increased simultaneously. It also brought opportunities and challengesto the customer service service.The auto industry from the "product centric" to "take the customer as the center experience".Carnival in 2016 is to achieve the transformation between the two, the effective way to promote the service brand culture. In order to enhance the FAW TOYOTA customer service service brand, strengthen brand loyalty has been Car Buying owners, FAW TOYOTA has launched in the country all live, but the influence is reduced year by year. In this case, FAW TOYOTA service experience 2016 Carnival project is valued, the design of a reasonable and effective project planning, so that more people understand the FAW TOYOTA after-sales service brand is of great significance.Firstly, combined with market research situation analysis of FAW TOYOTA after-sales service to promote the existing problems, on this basis, the research significance and research ideas and a brief introduction to the project management, project planning and system theory;Secondly, from three aspects of the project background, the project area and the project market, the 2016 Carnival project was analyzed to determine the project objectives and project function analysis;Thirdly, on the basis of the carnival project planning design, design of project organization planning, content design, schedule planning, cost planning and quality planning five plates.Finally, given the FAW TOYOTA service experience safeguards implementation plan 2016 Carnival project, namely the establishment of high performance project management team, strict control of the project construction process, strengthen management, and site construction project management, to ensure the smooth implementation of the project, to achieve the desired effect.Through 2016 Carnival project planning of FAW Toyota service experience research,provides a new idea for other service project planning and design, increase the coverage of the project, strengthening the experience level of the participants, to encourage the project planning researchers and thinking better management service class project, and auto after-sales service promotion project planning lay the foundation.
