Research On Evaluation Index System Of Low-income Housing Construction Industrialization Level In China

In China low-income housing is a people’s livelihood project, the construction of affordable housing has the characteristics of simple design, relatively fixed size, moderate construction area, therefore, it is very suitable for the implementation of the construction of the housing industrialization.But the industrialized development of the construction industry in our country is relatively slow, low-income housing construction industrialization in the development process also encountered many bottlenecks, which does not have a unified industrialized building evaluation criteria system and evaluation method, lack of scientific application of the industrial technology system, makes the protection of housing industrialization construction unsystematic and cause no evaluation for the level of industrialization.Therefore, it is of great practical significance to establish the evaluation index system of the construction industrialization level of affordable housing, which is an important guarantee for the construction of industrialization.This paper mainly focuses on the construction of the basic theory, evaluation standard and the evaluation index system of the construction industrialization level of the housing and construction industry.Firstly, introduced the research background of this paper, discussed under this background, in this paper, the practical significance and theoretical significance, and of domestic and foreign security current situation of the development of the industrialization of housing construction is discussed in this paper, in-depth study of the research results of scholars at home and abroad.Then according to the target and principle of evaluation index system, according to the construction of evaluation index system, based on the previous theory, a complete set of evaluation index system is established, mainly includes five indicators:the architectural design standard, the factory production, construction fittings parts assembly and construction ofproduction management information and green energy saving.These five indicators contains 20 indicators.By way of questionnaire of index score, to determine the index weight using the analytic hierarchy process; on this basis, then fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to calculate and get the result of the comprehensive evaluation of the comprehensive evaluation results of each index and the highest levels of indicators.Finally in Jinan City Housing Industrialization of construction project as an example, through the front set up fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, the of comprehensive evaluation, draw the conclusion of the comprehensive evaluation of the level of industrialization construction, and put forward the suggestion according to the conclusion.To prove the established evaluation index system is feasible, can reflect the level of low-income housing construction industrialization.
