Since the 21 st century,with China’s accession to the WTO and the high-speed development of economy, macroeconomic got unprecedented prosperity. The reason of prosperity is China’s cheap labor and low-end products exports problems. With the development of global integration, the industry chain of high-tech enterprises occupy the high added value, make the Chinese enterprises which are low-end and occupied with Processing and manufacturing face more risks, Especially when a large number of small and medium-sized private enterprises in China are treading on thin ice. In 2008 the U.S. financial crisis has affected the each country’s financial industry, Eventually spread to the real economy.Economical transition appears in China, Force energy intensive, excess capacity of enterprise transformation or out of business, make private enterprises more vicious competition, therefore Profit space gradually decline, survival more difficult. In such a big change of the macro economic environment, how to adjust the strategy of private enterprises, internal environment, enhance the core competitive advantage will be a issue must be solved.Based on the GS company as the research object, this article Use relevant strategic research tool, do the systematic study of the company, Put forward the future strategic planning.Based on the analysis of SWOT, PEST, during the process of value chain analysis, porter five model analysis method, In accordance with the actual situation, this paper carries on the actual analysis to the company, to make the research result can reflect the real situation. In this paper, we use SWOT theory to analyze the external opportunities and threats of GS company and the advantages and disadvantages of the company, using PEST theory to analyze the macro environment.By using the value chain of GS company in the value chain analysis improved link,using Potter’s five forces model analysis of GS’s bargaining power in supplier,using the threat of potential competitors, industry competitors, the threat of substitutes, the bargaining power of buyers bargaining power and other aspects to evaluate the competitive environment of GS company.Using the quantitative SWOT analysis method and the IFE and EFE internal and external factors weighted average method,to analyze the external threats and opportunities of GS company and the advantages and disadvantages of the internal environment,through the weighted average in the four-dimensional image positioning GS company in the quadrant to confirm what kind of strategy GS company should take.In accordance with the actual situation of GS depth analysis, so that the results of the study can accurately reflect the true situation.In this paper, through the systematic analysis of GS company, problems can be found in the theory and strategic managements, combined with the reality of GS company, the solution to the problem in the strategic management can be found.This article put forward suggestions in the strategic management and reasonable strategic plan for the future development of GS company.
