We know population growth is a two-way indicator for economic development.,on the one hand, economic growth provide labor resources,on the other hand,the resource consumption increasing.when the land resources can not meet the people’s demand,people turn their eyes to the marine, development and utilization of marine resources is greatful, but in the development progress, excessive demand for marine resources and the irrational exploitation of marine resources, leading conflict between demand and supply. 《The twelveth plan on Tianjin Maritime Development》 set a target for for the progress of the marine economy in Tianjin, and the Tianjin Municipal Government and the State Oceanic Administration also actively respond to the call of maritime strategy, carry out a comprehensive modern marine work. Under this context, this article was based on the study of marine economic development, discussed the sustainability of marine economic development,After analysis the status of marine economic development in Tianjin, we understand the current state of the marine development of Tianjin, At the same time, I had a profound understanding about the environmental problems butween the marine economic and resource. See through the appearance to the essence,find out the main factors affecting the sustainable development of marine economy in Tianjin.This paper mainly analysis the concept and aspects of the advantages and disadvantages on marine economic development, and the main influence factors in the development of marine economy using qualitative and quantitative analysis method, and give a comprehensive general situation of development,after collecting, and sorting a large number of marine economic indicators, mainly using quantitative analysis method, do a simple descriptive of some indicators of sustainable development of Tianjin marine economy, and investigate the relationship of subsystems of sustainable development of marine economy,summarizes theregularity conclusion. Then using qualitative analysis method to divid the indexs into different layer. establish the system of sustainable development. And thrfough SPSS, using the quantitative analysis method to analysis the status of Tianjin marine sustainable development,has a comprehensive discussion of various economic indicators for sustainable development of marine economy in Tianjin from the visual point of view,through rational thinking, give some suggestions with economic value, mainly through the technology, environment and disaster prevention ability aspects, further enhance the ability of sustainable development of marine economy in tianjin.
