In the 21 st century, it is not only a country’s major policies, companies are more and more attention to human values, especially for the technical personnel of all ages, indeed this is a people-centered society. Throughout the development of civil society for so many years, the market economy has always been a competitive environment, every enterprise wants to gain a foothold in such an environment. As a result, more and more enterprises realize the role of people in the organization. In the study of factors affecting employee performance in the past, scholars put forward capability, knowledge and skills, personal motivation of individual employees and relationships with colleagues aspects of the model from a different perspective, and well verified. However, the existing literature, there are still not enough, there are two aspects:(1) most of the factors affecting only individual-level research staff, very few people on the organizational level or team level into account.(2) In the study of the environmental dimension of the few organizations to explore the impact of employee performance model, is still at the exploratory stage theory of empirical model is still lacking. As soon as possible in order to make the theory applied to business which, we must continue to test the theory with facts, so the study of factors affecting employee performance, it is necessary to cover individual, group or organization at these levels, showing a cross-level research trends.Through employee performance factors finishing literature, a large number of scholars believe that the team to reflect the impact on staff performance played a key role, which affect the team through individual. So that members can understand the business goals, to discover business changing external environment, and make the right adjustments, found problems during operation. But scholars did not think that the variables of employee performance and team reflection are not in the same level, which need to use cross-level theory research. Meanwhile, the team can be improved to reflect the level of interaction within the team, so that among team members constantly share information. Through this sharing, team members can process the problems in running the team, in-depth discussion, and ultimately to find an effective solution. Thus, the study team to reflect on the impact of employee performance has attracted more and more attention of scholars.Therefore, This article by mediating effect of cross-level model, the method use hierarchical linear model to investigate the team reflection to reflect the impact on staff performance. It select two mediating variables, interactive memory system and team performance. Based on the empirical study of 86 companies team mainly solved the two key problems:(1)Whether exists cross-level effects on team reflection impact on employee performance?(2)If the cross-level effects exist,then the team reflection how to affect employee performance on the team level, what is the internal mechanism?...
