With the rapid development of the market economy and the increasingly fierce market competition, higher demands on enterprises in the manufacturing sector. M company is facing in the dynamic and volatile market environment, reconstruction of manufacturing resources to quickly and effectively produce products that customers demand, we are facing important proposition. M company there in the face of market demand cannot be effectively controlled material procurement time delayed customer orders; manufacturing level sorting is out of control, cannot release the bottleneck process to make production systems to meet customer beats.By analyzing the current situation of m-mode of operation of the company, puts the company in product demand, procurement level, issues arising from the manufacturing level, and on the analysis of the problem. Use TOC (Theory of Constraint, theory of constraints) theory from m company currently run the model as a starting point, analyzes them’s operations system, and points out that m’s predicament for the operating system. Analysis of pull and push two kinds of production planning system, based on the customer-sales-planning-procurement-supplier integration considering m’s mode of operation of supply chain planning, and put forward suggestions for a solution. This mode of operation will help reduce the level of m material, effectively controlling and reducing inventory and consolidate the management of companies in their supply chain operations, ultimately laying the internal competitiveness of the enterprises in the business. The study on m-mode of operation of the company has not only to advance or enhance their market competitiveness is of great significance, but also for other manufacturers to provide a strong reference.
