Since the advent of WeChat, number of user is increasing rapidly year by year. Circle of Friends in WeChat is becoming a new shopping platform for customer. More and more Micro Businessmen appear with the increasing of shopping in Circle of Friend.In this thesis, the Micro Businessman is the WeChat Businessman. To some extent, the Wechat Businessman developed a new shopping platform for E-commerce, shopping in mobile social networking platform. The merchandises Which are sold by C2C WeChat Businessman in Circle of Friends target for the customer, therefore it is convenient to meet customer demands. However, there are many problems coming with the increasing number of WeChat Businessman. Not only they affected the normal social order of the Circle of Friends, but also some non-standard behavior damaged the benefit of consumers. For these reasons, improving the government management and reinforcing the government supervision to C2C WeChat Businessman is an important thesis. This thesis has some theoretical and practical significance to the government regulation research of C2C Wechat Businessman. On one hand, the thesis make up the shortage of academic research in the field of the government supervision of C2C Wechat Business basing on mobile social networking platform. on the other hand, this thesis proposes many appropriate recommendation for making up existing imperfections in the government supervision and management of C2C Wechat Businessman basing on mobile social platform, and these proposes can be regarded as policy reference for improving the regulatory functions and the fulfillment of governmental responsibility.There are five chapters in this thesis:the first chapter is the introduction, mainly including of background and significance of the research, literature review of domestic and foreign,the main contents of research methods and innovations and shortcomings of this article.The second chapter describes the theoretical basis of government regulation of C2C WeChat businessman.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of government regulation of C2C WeChat Businessman, including defining the concept of C2C WeChat businessman, describing the condition of government regulation of C2C WeChat businessman and the problem of government regulation. The forth part analyzes the necessity and path choices of government regulation of C2C WeChat businessman by introducing typical cases. The fifth chapter proposes appropriate regulatory recommendations basing on the above analysis.By reading vast amount of literature for the thesis, and collecting a large number of relevant data. This paper bases on the Public Interest Theory, the Government Regulation Theory and the Collaborative Governance Theory. This thesis mainly researches the government supervision of the new type of E-commerce from the angle of mobile social platform, which combined with the current situation of government supervision of large E-commerce platform and exampled typical cases. They enrich the existing research of government supervision for E-commerce in mobile social platform. Also this thesis makes up for deficiencies of the government supervision of C2C Wechat Business in academic. Play an important role in promoting the healthy development of C2C Wechat Businessman.
