The Research On Interactive Visualization Of Accounting Information System

Faced with increasingly fierce competition and challenges, corporations becomeincreasingly dependent on information in decision-making and thus more and moreattention is paid to how to better employ the value of accounting information system.The interactive visualization technology succeeds in transferring vast amounts ofmultidimensional data into visual graphics and allows users to control the selection ofdata and interface through interactive means to get invisible information implicit indata to become visible. Therefore, this thesis attempts to introduce interactivevisualization idea into the accounting information system so as to buildinteractive-visualization-based accounting information system.This thesis, first in the introduction part, summarizes human-computer relatedtheories, as well as the related research in management information system andaccounting information system and points out that the interactive visualizationtechniques should be applied to the accounting information system. This part is thenfollowed by the theories and technology support. Then based on an analysis of thesupply and demand of accounting information system, the thesis draws that thecurrent accounting information system can hardly meet the demands from all sidesand concludes in the perspective of users that the development trend of the accountinginformation system in the transition period is a form based on interactive visualization.This thesis then highlights detailed design of the accounting information system basedon interactive visualization, including mobile input based on the B/S mode and radiofrequency identification in input, choosing data warehouse as a support and setting upSOA-based thinking interactive visualization platform for users’ needs in thedisposing process, and systematic design form the data to the graphic visualization,graphical visualization to interactive visualization, from the display ofmultistatements to accounting channel interaction and from ordinary statements tofolding statements and based on all the above. The thesis studies assurance system ofaccounting information system based on interactive visualization, points out that theself-clutivation ability and ability to integrate can enable accountants to accept thesystem and provides users with timely and accurate financial information on demand.Finally the thesis summarizes and shows outlook for the future ofinteractive-visualization accounting information system.This article aims to explore the deficiencies of the existing accountinginformation system, project theories and methods to optimize the accountinginformation system and provide theoretical and methodological support for theestablishment and operation of interactive visualization accounting informationsystem. Contribution may be demonstrated in the following aspects:(1) The integration of human-machine theory and accounting information systemand to come up with the interactive visualization program of accounting information system based on users’ experience;(2) To build a SOA-based accounting information systems interactivevisualization platform with the pivot table function and to achieve interactivevisualization of the accounting information system processing.(3) To use the concept of accounting channels in the accounting informationsystem interface, classify the display of information in accordance with theaccounting channel and to divide accounting channel into four channels based on theBalanced Score Card model.
