Under the circumstance of price descending in coal and competition ascending amongenterprises, the mining enterprises were facing a series of problems that included periodicexcess production, high inventory and serious reducing of profit rates recently. It wasinevitable for industries to have a transition and develop logistics industry. But in thisprocess, the poor conduction of information flow in the supply chain caused some problems,such as the lag of logistics information and the block of information between upstream anddownstream enterprises in the supply chain.In solving the problems above, this passage analyzed logistics and informatization inShaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry. On the basis of logistics integration theory andconnection key theory, it standardized the collection of logistics information and designedout standard information scheme on the basis of GID-96coding scheme and its multiplefunctional systems in integrative logistics information platform, and also explored theimplementation of integrative logistics information platform including hardware andsoftware environment, construction of platform, operating and profit model.This passage stated the agent and operation of logistics information platform integrationform two aspects showed differences in demand of information between logistics enterpriseand manufacturing enterprise. It also analyzed subject units and object units and theirrelated factors under the theory of connection key, putting forward that integrative logisticsinformation platform was a kind of integrative connection key mainly comprised ofinformational connection key mixed by resource connection key, functional connection keyand technological connection key together. This passage projected integrative logisticsinformation platform on non-coal businesses in Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry. Itachieved the information sharing and provided professional services in upstream anddownstream enterprises from the supply chain, which made the supply chain controlled,efficient and informational. It still proposed a thought about the construction of integrativeinformation in different industries based on single enterprise.
