The Study Of The Production Scheduling Method About Garment Enterprises Based On Simulation Technology

China is a large garment production country in the world, changes of clothing market require the quick response of garment enterprises. Because of too much uncertainty brought by the complexity and flexibility of garment production system in sewing stage(the bottleneck of the production), reasonable arrangement of assembly line and optimizing bottlenecks of production process are always the core issue that baffle the garment enterprises. The introduction of computer technology enhanced the management of clothing production. The using of computer-aided(software) management systems in some advanced enterprises greatly supported and facilitated the formulation of standard time and control of production process. However, it still failed to solve the problem of reasonable arrangement of assembly line before starting production. Current research has remained mostly in the theoretical stage and cannot effectively guide the production.Based on a large number of enterprise surveys, at first, this paper confirmed and analyzed uncertain factors which caused variability of assembly line. These factors are employee skills, employee growth curves, equipment repairing, products repairing. Secondly, the studies of this paper is based on a RFID Software which come from a typical knitted garment enterprise in Jiangsu Province, as the basis and conditions for data analysis. Through deeply analyzing the rules of these influence factors, we obtain a reasonable evaluation method of employee skills, which synthesize employee’ production efficiency and stability, and obtain the fitting method of employee growth curve. Through researching the theory-based of arrangement, get constraint conditions in production scheduling. Through analyzing the influencing and application status of these influence factors, combining the three IE elements, I get a new method of the arrangement in assembly line, the method include recommending programs and assembly simulation, which achieve the automated distribution and assembly line optimization. Finally, developing a software as an operating tool to realize the intelligent using of the method, which make the operation more simple.The production scheduling method about garment enterprises based on simulation technology, at first, directly provide production schedule program and establish assembly line simulation model by using simulation technology. Through observing and statistical analysis of the operational process of the simulant assembly line model, the operator can carry out validation of bottlenecks-optimizing. The method realize informatization and automation management in production site. Secondly, by analyzing variables state and sensitivity of the model, the operator can proceed estimate and conclusion of the actual production site, and thus to make decision on production and improvement of the assembly line. This method is a process of re-integrating resources and standardized managing the personnel, equipment, products and so on.
