Study On Operation Performance Evaluation Of Xilaiqiao Town Farmers’ Professional Cooperatives

China is a large agricultural country and the agriculture, the farmer and the rural issues had been the focus and research points. The farmers’cooperatives were aroused in the situation that the traditional mode of agricultural development had been unable to meet the new situation of agricultural specialization, industrialization and internationalization of the development model. There were great significance to accelerate the development the national agricultural level and make farmers get comfortable living standard and achieve agricultural modernization to satisfied the world development standards and conceive the harmonious society from studied the farmers’cooperatives operating model, organizational structures and analysis the business performance. There were six farmers’ cooperatives in Xi Laiqiao town as samples. The farmers’cooperatives operating performance was analyzed through elaborated on the status of development of cooperatives by using the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, the survey and the data accessing in accordance with the cooperative system, transaction costs and other related theories. The overall performance index system was established according to the stratified analysis and the cooperatives operating performance was evaluated by given the weight of each index, the performance values were obtained for regression by using the Matlab software. The analysis results show that:the "human" factor accounted for a large part of the development of cooperatives in the performance evaluation of farmer cooperatives which indicated that we must firmly grasp the "human" core component and caring the improvement of the farmers’living quality. The better development of cooperatives could be achieved by gone up the farmers’living standards to increase the natural capital injection.
