In China, asset securitization has being developed for more than 10 years, with the category of product increasing, and the scale of issuing security becomes larger. But the development of Commercial Mortgage Backed Security(CMBS) remains stagnant,which may be of significant value to the reform of commercial banks, commercial real estate financing and expand the financing channels. It is advised to explore enthusiastically deal structure and mode, and devote to a the whole people participating and sharing commercial real estate financing system, in order to make minority investors share the profits of the commercial real estate development.
