| High-tech industry as a strategic leading industry of the national economy is accelerating industrial restructuring and promoting economic development mode shift. The key to promoting the development of China’s high-tech industry and enhancing industrial competitiveness is to enhance the high-tech enterprises’ innovation ability. Export of high-tech industry as an important channel to enhance its innovation capability, not only will stimulate high-tech enterprises for technical innovation because of the fierce international competition, but also will also enhance the high-tech enterprises’ innovation ability by the technology spillover of export.Firstly, this paper reviews related research literatures about export of high-tech industry, technological innovation of high-tech industry and the relationship between technological innovation and high-tech export industry. Then, this paper explores theories about high-tech industry export how to impact technological innovation, analyzes present situation of the high-tech industrial exports and technological innovation, and analyzes the correlation between high-tech industrial exports and technological innovation. we also uses 1995-2013 years of high-tech industry panel data 17 sub-sectors, the establishment of models were estimated using fixed effects and systems GMM estimation methods, a comprehensive study of the impact of China High-tech technology industry exports for investment in technological innovation and structure, innovation, innovation efficiency.In this paper, the following conclusions: Firstly, China’s export of high-tech industries promotes independent innovation investment, and inhibits digestion and absorption of imported technology companies and technology innovation investment, shows that our high-tech businesses are looking to gradually get rid of international trade foundry role, began to move from the "smile curve" section of the bottom up. Secondly, China’s export of high-tech industry technology innovation output have a positive impact on the whole, however, the presence of technological innovation and technological innovation development phase application phase significantly differences in the influence of technology innovation output stage of development was not significant, the role of technology and innovation output stage for innovative applications more significant; third is the high-tech industry export trade can significantly improve the efficiency of its innovative, probably because export companies more effective access to appropriate technology spillover effect on the export market. Finally, based on theoretical analysis and empirical results,we put forward the corresponding policy recommendations. |
