Evaluation Of Agricultural Information Development Level In Guangdong Province

Agricultural informatization construction is the cornerstone and important core area of national economic informatization.In order to fully understand the actual situation of the agricultural information development level in Guangdong Province,through consulting a large number of information related to agricultural information,learning a large number of relevant research methods,concepts and theories,in order to understand the research on the level of agricultural information evaluation at home and abroad.On the basis of the "13th Five-Year" national agricultural and rural informatization development plan,Guangdong agricultural modernization "13th Five-Year" plan,"national informatization index constitution scheme" and the domestic and foreign scholars' research,it is constructed from four aspects of agricultural infrastructure,information resources application,informative talents and rural economic development.12 Guangdong agricultural informatization indexes are included,including the ownership of every hundred computers,the total amount of the per capita postal service,the proportion of information technology personnel to the employees,and then the weight of each index is determined by the analytic hierarchy process.After collecting and processing the data of Guangdong agricultural informatization,we use the ideal point method to make a comprehensive evaluation of Guangdong's rural informatization level.The results show that: from the horizontal analysis,the level of agricultural informatization in different regions is quite different,and the level of agricultural informatization in Guangzhou is the highest.From the longitudinal analysis,the level of agricultural informatization in Guangdong is increasing year by year.In 2016,the level of agricultural informatization in Guangdong was higher than that in previous years.In general,the development of agricultural information in Guangdong shows a good situation,but there are still regional differences,mainly affected by geographical location,information infrastructure,information technology and policy.Therefore,we should actively strengthen the construction of agricultural infrastructure,increase the investment in the application of funds for agricultural information resources,improve the information network system,and increase the agricultural information personnel.In order to raise the level of agricultural informatization in Guangdong Province,we should shorten the regional differences and so on.
