With the rapid development of China’s economy, the enterprise has become the inevitable trend, search service has become the first choice for high-level personnel, the industry has not yet met the growing market demand, the main reason is that occupy the industry 60% small and medium-sized search company is not yet mature, which is subject to external and internal environment constraints, not a set of real adaptation to the market and its own business development ideas.MH company as a company in Hangzhou which has just started in the market, it has its own unique conditions and executive goals of the search company. how to make its own clear positioning, select the appropriate strategy, to take effective measures to implement the economic environment in China under the background of the formation of the search industry, MH search companies how to use their own resources, and external market demand, and in the fierce competition in the search industry for a long time, is the ultimate goal of this paper.This paper mainly carries on the macro environment analysis, the external and internal environment analysis of MH search company. The competition status of MH search company in the market and the status of competitors are summarized, and the internal resources are analyzed, and their advantages and disadvantages are found out. Through the SWOT analysis, the differential competitive strategy is determined. Finally, put forward some specific measures to implement the strategy.This article from the perspective of the executive staff of the executive search company, combined with the relevant strategic research theory and the actual operational data, put forward a set of real adaptation to the market demand of the company’s business theory.
