With the economical globalization and the international competition intensity, the competition for talents is vehement day by day, and the talent globalization flowing has become the fact. As a kind of intermediaries for the purpose of carrying on the work disposition to talents, the headhunters' effectiveness has been increasingly to highlight. However, it's obviously uncoordinated between the urgent needs to the senior talents and the recruitment research flaw presents, especially at the angle of headhunter, the research on the senior talent's recruitment is almost not involved.So, at the current stage of the rapid Chinese market growth and intensity competition of senior talents, it is useful for the people to understand how the headhunter do the senior talent's recruitment by making the special and strict research on it. Meanwhile, it also can improve headhunter's productivity by solving the current problems. Therefore, This paper mainly focuses on the factor analysis on the recruitment of PCI headhunter by the through the questionnaire survey and telephone interview, to find the existing problems. At last, take some good suggestion on the problems.The main conclusion of this research is PCI consulting firm has the obvious positive effects on the senior level talent's recruitment but for the customer, there is distance between what they "get" and what the "want" from us. The paper further proposed some suggestions to the headhunters' working efficiency and the successful probability. such as enhancing the quality of the search consultant, controlling candidates on the whole process, improving recruitment methods and so on methods.
