| As the world moves into 21st Century, economic globalization develops in depth, human resources become core element and impetus in the enterprise. In the middle of 1990s, the chain pharmacy operation mode was introduced into Guangzhou, China from abroad and it has been developed rapidly. But in China, the management level of the chain pharmacy is low because we start it very late. And at the aspect of training person, we lack of effective staff training system. With the implementation of the national policies, the change of the modern business environment and the influence of the electronic commerce, the competition of chain pharmacies become more intense in China.This article focuses on the staff training system of JZJ chain pharmacy, which is landed in the top ten chain pharmacies in China. The thesis is guided by modern management theories and human resources and training theories, adopting multiple methods, e.g. combination of theory and demonstration, questionnaire, interview, literature research, statistical analysis etc.. Through survey and analyze the present staff training system, the problem of staff training system of JZJ chain pharmacy was summarized and the training system was optimized. The optimization design of training system, which emphasizes win-win situation for staff and enterprise, will combine of the theory and practice and manageable. It will help JZJ chain pharmacy to conduct effective training and improve staff’s comprehensive quality. The capacity of the staff at different levels will be developed and the cohesion of organization and competitive power of the enterprise will be strengthened. Further, it will promote the objective of human resource cultivation and development and the strategic development objective come true. And we think the optimization design can be a reference for other enterprises and can inspire them in the pharmaceutical industrybecause the problem of the staff training system of JZJ has certain representativeness. |
