B Company Business Model Innovation Research

It has been a lot of research on business model innovation, but there is little research according to the research of business model innovation.This paper used the company B as a research object, and used the related theory summary of business model innovation and agricultural social service as the research foundation, after analyzed the problems that the company faced, the macro-environment and the industry competition situation which were used the business model canvas, PEST tools and Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model, the article put forward the company’s business model innovation scheme and implementation strategy.The studies suggest that company B shall be transition from the rice integrate service provider to the county comprehensive service chain platform, only by the county as a unit to build a rice pest control technology and products, high fertilization techniques and products, mechanism preventing and spraying insecticide technology, financial loans, seed purchasing and other internal core resources, integrating local county seedling raising and transplanting, mechanism plowing, mechanism harvesting, drying, processing and other external products and services in order to achieve for the county growers to provide comprehensive service value proposition in pre-production, mid-production and post-production.This paper put forward specific comprehensive service ideas of company B, which include using basic drugs+ mechanism drugs+ paddy herbicide+ sterilant herbicide as the rice plant protection solution, using basal fertilizer+ tillering fertilizer+ dressing fertilizer as the rice package fertilizer solution, using professional prevention+ lump sum to fight drugs as mechanism preventing and spraying insecticide service, using business credit card+ industrial loans as the financial loan service, seed purchasing and other intermediary services and other products and services, through promote the county service center+ service stations and Internet+ grower channel model, to achieve company B business model innovation, and to promote the development of the company and the industry.
