Work Saturation And It’s Application In Manufacturing Management

In the 21st century, the advantage of labor in chinagradually ceased to exist. Sohuman resourcegradually became scarcity of resources to chinese enterprise.But, some enterprises do not make use of the human resources they had,andemployee couldn’t play the greatest potential in medium-sized enterprise whosemanagement level is not high. Thereforeit is necessary to work saturation implement study and management to the employee in workshop or factory, and analysisthe factorswhich affected the work saturation,such as man, machine, material, surroundings and methods,in order to improve the work saturationimprove the labor productivity.The term of work saturation appeared in some literatures, but there is no uniform definition for it, and its application was focused on human resources.Ouder the base of study of the subject and different meanings in literatures, the definition of the work saturation and its the difference and relations to relevant terms were gived.Related data to work saturation,such as attendance, standard time, work efficiency and workload,were discussedin this paper.How to obtain, process and calculate these datawere gived with calculation formula.The calculation method and formulaeof worksaturation was put forward.Diferrent satuation reflected different working state of a team, and the problems and measures needed were pointed out n the conditionthat work satuation was higher or lower.ork saturationin different value was defined and divided into four levels,such as supersaturationsufficient saturation, saturation and unsaturation.Six aspects of applicationin production management ofwork saturationwere proposed, including the reasonable arrangement of production plan, planing arrangement work daysaccording to production, reducing unplanned work and reducing the operation time improving operation efficiency directly, balancing process capability, reducing the labor intensity of workers.The general situation of G enterprise and G enterprise industry situation and environment were introduced in this paper.The problem G enterprises facedanalyzed and the measure needed was put forword.A case study ofwelding producting of bulldozer engine cover, work situation was calculated and appled. By the standard working hours and filling and summary of daily work report, according to the order quantityper month, the work situation was controlled in a reasonable range so as to reduce the number of work days, shuttle bus and the cost of working lunch.This paper could provide a reference for similar enterprises through the practical application of saturation in production management.
