Vative Research Of Chinese Commercial Banks In Trade Finance Business For Import And Export

Trade financing is one convenient service provided by banks to importers and exporters, which helps to solve financing or credit problems in the international settlement.Because of its high yield, low risks and less capital taken up, trade financing is becoming a favorite and one of the most important operations in the commercial banks. In abroad, trade financing has developed relatively early and been accounted a larger proportion of banking business. Since China resumed its status in WTO from 2000, with the rapid development of China’s international trade, trade financing of domestic commercial kept developing and innovating. Chinese commercial Banks is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges in trade financing market. Although in recent years, domestic commercial bank has achieved great development in trade financing business, but still in a preliminary phase of development. Due to the continuous expansion of international trade in our country, on the one hand, the scope and value of international trade expand gradually, and the complexity and uncertainty also increased obviously. Importers and exporters is facing a shortage of funds. On the other hand, the mode and structure of international trade has changed enormously, importers and exporters eager to a new form of international trade financing.Based on the new international situation, from the aspect of theory and practice, aimed at the innovation of the trade financing business of China’s commercial Banks, this paper carried on its research and attempt to explore more scientific and effective trade financing business, which has important theoretical and realistic significance. On the theoretical level, there wasn’t a systematic in-depth research in this filed in our country, this thesis research topic helps to promote trade financing business of commercial banks in China to further advance; On the practical level, after the global financial crisis triggered by American subprime mortgage crisis, the continued drift and weakness of international trade market and the buyer market, Chinese international trades are badly in need of financial support. At the same time, the central bank and supervisory authorities issued a series of positive policy and hope to promote the internationalization of RMB. In views of this, trade financing is one of the promising businesses for our country’s commercial banks currently, and its innovation promote the rapid development of China’s international trade vigorously.From the perspective of domestic commercial Banks, this paper is divided into five aspects to research and analysis the innovations of international trade financing business. Firstly, a brief introduction of the origin of the international trade financing, development and tendencies. Secondly, general descriptions of the present situation of China’s international trade financing business, and the classification of commercial banks’products. The third level is analyzed the main problems of trade finance products at the present stage in China, and its main reasons. Fourthly, the focus of this paper, based on the mentioned contents, we studied the innovations of China’s trade financing. The last level is the safeguard measures for the implementation of innovative trade financing product.Through vertical and horizontal comparison and research methods and a series of charts and statistics, this paper objectively raise questions to international trade financing of our commercial banks’business, makes analysis the problem from the actual business situation, designs the innovation of trade financing from the three aspects:the system innovation, product innovation and technological innovation.
