In the now century, the competition of enterprises has gradually entered the competition of talents in the development stage of the competition of resources, technology and capital. The enterprise’s demand for knowledge based talents and talent is becoming more and more important. In this case, the research on the talents becomes a more and more important topic.And for the study of talent, we can’t research talents without the standard definition of the talent, as well as the evaluation method for the standard. This article selects the A housing marketing group as the research object, carries on the talent evaluation method research and the practice, the purpose is clear A group’s personnel quality present situation and provides the development suggestion, and through this project practice talented person appraisal technique means and the output, for the domestic other enterprise to carry on the thought and the method reference.In this thesis, A group as a research object, the implementation and the results of the evaluation of the implementation of the results. A housing group had 5 regions,6 business segments,had more than 12000 staffs, it is a leader of Chinese housing enterprises, and its development process is an urgent demand for talent show the distinctive features of domestic enterprises, the study of group A also has significance on behalf of the corresponding.On the basis of the overall study of the quality evaluation, the quality evaluation and the 360 behavior evaluation methods are chosen for the A group. The results of the implementation of the project include the individual and team, the results of the evaluation and analysis.Finally, the results of the report were analyzed, and some suggestions for improvement and further development were put forward.
