Management Game is a program designed and organized by Carnegie Mellon University, which concerns management practice and educational meaning. It simulated a global watch industry competitive environment, which will allow virtual competitors operating their own companies within the environment. The management teams of the companies are formed by universities’ students which are from all over the world. In the meanwhile, the program will create several relatively independent environments that contain 5 teams operating in 6 different countries; each company only can compete in one.HQAP Ltd.& Co. organized by class 2011 MBA students from Northeastern University. Each of them respectively takes charges overall strategy management, operational strategy management, marketing strategy management and finical strategy management. The author of this article is responsible for marketing strategy management, which concerns two series products; Enjoy series product focuses on the crowd have more sensitive to price; and Flavor series product have more care on the upscale crowd. This article is based on different thinking of product characteristics to analyze how a marketing strategy could be better deigns and perform.Firstly, the article introduced the MG environment back ground, the meaning of research, the methods of the research, and the structure of the research. Then, expound the theories which relate to this research. And then, an analyzation of Regional market environment, the industry environment and the internal environment of the company. Base on the previous research, the company should be able to make a decision of their marketing strategy. Then, the company should perform the decision, analyze the result, evaluate the performance and adjust the decision. Finally, it is some inspiration and suggestion for this program.
