In the entire supplier management system, the most important thing is Supplier selection and Supplier evaluation.In this paper, the content is to use scientific management method to design and evaluate the supplier selection and evaluation method of DK shipyard, by the study of the existing supplier selection and evaluation process of DK shipyard, we point the problems in the existing models. Via the Scientific management method and the Actual situation of DK shipyard, we analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the existing supplier selection and evaluation system of DK shipyard. We research on the methods of supplier selection system, AHP level analysis is been introduced to the process of supplier selection and evaluation.In this paper, a new evaluation index of supplier selection system is determined by using expert opinion method, and then, the relationship between the various indexes in the evaluation system of the supplier selection is optimized by the AHP analytic-hierarchy process. The weights of the supplier selection and evaluation system are established. We analyze and integrate the various indicators, and set up the corresponding score standard. In the end, from the implementation of the organization and effect analysis of the two aspects of the DK company supplier selection and evaluation, the actual role is discussed.In the process of analyzing of supplier selection and evaluation system of DK shipyard, In order to make the theoretical model more feasible and feasible, In line with the actual characteristics of the DK shipyard, The real and effective data index is selected.
