Research On The Performance Assessment System Of A Construction Co.Ltd

A construction CO.Ltd is one of the private construction enterprises that survive from the competition with the Government-Owned-Construction enterprises. As the cost of international raw petroleum and the human cost at home is increasing, the efficiency of operation is becoming a more and more important key factor in company development. How to improve the efficiency of operation, is a fatal problem to A construction CO.Ltd, and building an efficiency performance assessment system is the main solution.This paper will introduce the development history, method and principle of performance assessment, and then analyze the problems that exist in practice of performance management of A construction CO.Ltd, and then, design the performance assessment of A construction CO.Ltd from the functional departments, projects view.This paper uses management process control, monthly task completion, professional management and the other dimensions to measure the performance of the functional departments of A construction CO.Ltd, and assess the performance of projects from the comprehensive index, economic responsibility, professional management and the other dimensions. In order to test the effectiveness of the performance assessment system, this paper uses the newest data of A construction CO.Ltd to do empirical research. The empirical research results indicate that the performance assessment system designed in this article can obviously distinguish the difference between the functional departments and projects’ performance.
