Intrapreneurship occurs after the enterprise high-speed development and for the internal change of further development, it is the essence of strategic transformation again. Intrapreneurship has got more and more attention because research in this field was not only of great theoretieal value. As a result of the enterprise development phase change, intrapreneurship need different skills with other entrepreneurs, by integrating various aspects the sustainability of the resources of the internal entrepreneurs entrepreneurship in the enterprise. As an innovative enterprise entrepreneurs in continued, intrapreneurship need innovation ability, entrepreneurial motivation, and risk management ability. Innovative enterprise intrapreneurship is not only to expand new business, including new products, new technology research and development, also includes management technology promotion, enterprise strategic innovation activities.In this article, through internal business competency related literature review, in the thorough analysis of innovative enterprise growth stage within the leadership style,organizational identity and relationship between entrepreneurial competence, on the basis of exploring innovative enterprise growth stage leadership style and organizational identification and the influence of entrepreneurial competence, the necessity of the entrepreneurial activities within the continuous innovative enterprise has carried on the theory discussion and research, finally verified by empirical research method of innovative companies continue to entrepreneurs in competency model, for the conclusion for the innovative enterprise employees to put forward some proposals of reasonable and effective management, to promote the innovative enterprise of entrepreneurial activity in continuously, make innovative companies to achieve better development.Empirical results show that transformational leadership style for continued competencyhave significant positive effects on the entrepreneurs, transformational leadership can promote employees within entrepreneurial competence acquisition. Transactional leadership style entrepreneurs within the continuous competency has a significant negative impact, transactional leadership is not conducive to sustained within the entrepreneurs competency development. Passive avoidance leadership within the continuous entrepreneurs competency, organizational identity all have no effect. Within the organizational identification for continued entrepreneurs competency have significant positive influence on function, the higher the degree of organizational identification, the more conducive to inspire staff continue to entrepreneurs in competency. Transformational leadership, transactional leadership and organizational identification has positive influence on relationship, the two kinds of leadership style was beneficial to the improvement of the degree of organizational identification.Results for entrepreneurial activity in continuous innovative enterprise provides some theoretical basis and management advice, innovative companies can through selecting the right leadership style to improve the degree of organizational identification, the staff continue to entrepreneurs in competency. |
