Organizational identities are created by specific organizations which have the characteristics ofdifficult to imitate, and are the main source of enterprise competitiveness. An important factor to createorganizational identities is the leadership. Leadership styles affect employees’ psychological activities andbehaviors, can influence enterprise productivity, and solidify organizational identification.This study adopted literature analysis method、questionnaire survey method, the research method ofdifferent leadership behaviors. Transformational leadership, transactional leadership, patriarchal leadership,spiritual leadership, integrity leadership and organizational identification are discussed and the relationshipswithin the research. It mainly includes two parts:1. the relationship between five kinds of leadershipbehavior and organizational identification;2. Can forward predict the relative contribution degree of theorganizational identification of the leader behavior. The research selected350employees from number ofcompanies, use many kinds of statistical analysis technology, like independent samples test, analysis ofvariance, correlation analysis, regression analysis, advantages analysis etc to get the following conclusion:First, different gender ages、marital state、education level and work experience of the employees havesignificant different affects on Transformational Leadership, Transactional Leadership, PaternalisticLeadership, Spiritual Leadership and Authentic leadership behaviors.Second, the related research of each dimension and organizational identities on the five types ofleadership behaviors, under the control of the demographic variables circumstance, spiritual leadershiporganization vision dimension and the honesty of the authentic leadership and integrity selfless dimensionshas the positive correlation on organizational identification.Third, through the spiritual leadership dimension of organization vision, the honesty of the authenticleadership and integrity selfless dimensions on organizational identification advantage analysis found thatwhen singly look at the three dimensions. Organization vision dimensions made the largest contribution onorganizational identification; When look at the organization vision as spirit type leadership dimension,honesty and integrity as selfless honesty leadership as two dimension of the authentic leadership and wecan found that authentic leadership made the largest contribution on organizational identification.In the end, this study summarizes the research deficiency and further problem that needs to be addressed, also gave forward prospects for the future research.
