So this article using industrial engineering methods to improve the technology to solve these problems, reduces the assembly time,redundant mobile and search for unnecessary operation whichdelay the first action, reducing the moving distance of the workers and improves the workbench of layout and tooling put way, reduces the fatigue of the workers.Assembly increases from 40 units per day to 60 units, production has improved significantly.
