Dynamic capability theory is an important theory to explain the source of competitive advantages of enterprises in dynamic environment. It involves many capabilities, including organizational integration, reconstruction, and update. And it is relative to changes of enterprise organization. At present, most of researches on consequences of dynamic capabilities are carried out from aspects such as organizational performance, competitive advantage. However, it ignores the influence of dynamic capability on change speed of enterprise organization. Therefore, the research is carried out from the perspective of organization changes. The influence of dynamic capability on change speed of enterprise organization are studied, and the influencing mechanism of dynamic capabilities in organizational change are analyzed. Meanwhile, it also provides a new perspective for the study of dynamic capabilities.First of all, theories of the dynamic capability and organization change are studied, the research that how dynamic capabilities affect organization change speed is proposed in dynamic environment. Then, dynamic capabilities are separated into capability of identifying opportunities and threats, capability of integration and reconstruction, and capability of learning and assimilating. And organizational change speed are separated into speed of decision- making and execution. This study aims to explore the influence mechanism of the dynamic capabilities on the speed of decision-making and execution. The environmental dynamics are also introduced as an adjustment variable. And a theoretical model of influence of dynamic capability on enterprise organization change speed is set up.After that, by a single case and multi-stage approach, Tencent is studied as a case, which is in dynamic environment. Furthermore, through field interviews and other data collection methods, the study are analyzed in methods of content analyzing, data coding and model matching. And method of triangle validation between multiple data are introduced to ensure the reliability and validity of the case study. By analyzing and discussing the relationships between dynamic capabilities, environmental dynamics and organization change speed in three times of organization changes of Tencent, the research proposition is proposed and the theoretical model is amended.Through analyses and discussions, several conclusions can be made as follows: Dynamic capability has a positive impact on organizational change. The dynamic capability will accelerate the speed of decision-making and implementation of organization change. It also reduces the interval between the two organization changes. And the capability of identifying opportunities and threats, capability of integration and reconstruction, and capability of learning and assimilating can improve the change speed of enterprise organization. Meanwhile environmental dynamics can promote the regulation between the dynamic capability and the organization change speed. In fluctuating environments, dynamic capability has a significant positive impact on speed of organization change.
