Study On The Improvement Of Management Ability Of Cast Based On Supply Chain

System management is the main melody of China’s space industry, many aerospace companies’ guiding theory is system management, and in the light of this theory China’s space technology has made great progress. "Two bombs and one satellite", manned space, lunar exploration project and some other success that attract worldwide attention are the direct result of using the thought of system engineering science The theory promotes the overall development of China’s science and technology and national defense and has made outstanding contributions to the development of the space technology of the world. To be pointed out, now China has entered the era of market economy and its main characteristics are economic system’s dynamically extended to the network mode, enterprise production and morphological are changing all the time, system theory founded in the original planned economy cannot adapt to the aerospace enterprises under the conditions of market economy. This requires China aerospace enterprises adapt to the development of market economy and rely on space technology’s core competence advantage as a "big and integrated system". By innovating and developing the space system theory, make efforts for China’s social transformation and development, contribute to upgrade economy transition smoothly. To comply with the requirements of the time, aerospace enterprises must be required to introduce high technology management, such as informational, systematic management, and combine them with system engineering management theories to promote the healthy development of China’s aerospace enterprises.Supply chain management is a new management method born with the economic globalization. This paper is according to the current develop ment of CAST under the problem of system engineering management system, combined with the actual situation of aerospace enterprises and based on the analysis of supply chain management method, supply chain management methods are applied to the production management of CAST in our country to solve the production problems of aerospace enterprises under system management. This paper first discusses the background and the purpose and significance of the study and explores the related concept of the domestic and foreign research and the supply chain theory. Next, the connections between the systems engineering and CAST production are discussed and the problem of aerospace enterprise management under system engineering management system are analyzed, on the basis of this, the international first-class aerospace military enterprises of supply chain’s practices are introduced, the supply chain management ’s inspiration to CAST are analyzed. Again, this paper improved CAST’s control ability under the environment of supply chain and analyzed the specific supply chain management. Last, the author analyzed the mechanism of using supply chain theory to improve space systems engineering management of aerospace enterprise.
