| Two-class-classification theory is put forward by the domestic secretary science circles, the key-point of this theory is to divide authority secretary and corporate secretary into two classes due to the various aspects of their differences to study them in details. Based on the two-class-classification research, by using the method that combining the questionnaire survey, individual interview and personal intern experience, the thesis take up a study of the object of secretarial service, secretarial working content, property, quality and other aspects, it analyzes the differences and rules between government secretary and corporate secretary in multidimensional and systematic way, hoping to provide faithful reference data for secretarial science teaching and research, and provide valuable research materials for secretary major graduates or people who are aspiring to be secretary.Firstly, this thesis analyzes the importance of the comparative study between government secretary and corporate secretary, and expounds the background and causes for classification as well as the conditions and necessities of research. In the next place, based on the first-hand data, which are given on the results of questionnaire research, it specifically analyzes the differences of service object, nature of work, working content and working quality and so on between government secretary and corporate secretary. Finally, it emphatically analyzes the aspects of the two subjects that can be learned from each other, gives the opinion that the corporate secretary can absorb the advantages of government secretary and advance countries to improve the comprehensive quality and the service level of the corporate secretary.Besides, government secretary can also gain inspiration from the internationalization development of corporate secretarial, so as to build the solid foundation for the healthy development of national secretary and its globalization,standardization and modernization. |
