Research On The Agricultural Social Service System Based On The Shanghai Family Farm

Shanghai, as a large city, it features modern agriculture outstanding performance for versatility, features the "production,ecology and life",etc.,agricultural GDP is not the only goal to pursue, to ensure food security is still very necessary. Central require Shanghai every year at least one million tons of grain production capacity to maintain a minimum amount,which the family farm is gradually play a main role in food Shanghai production.Therefore,improving the social service system for the family farm and services is an important measure for Shanghai to accelerate the modernization of agriculture.Through literature mining,analyse the current status of agricultural social service in Shanghai family farms,found in the window frequency situation remains promising. According to Gray prediction model(GM(1,1) model) grain yield forecast for Shanghai,Shanghai future results will show a steady decline in food production trend. Under the city’s municipal government for moving forward on the family farm food good opportunity,how to establish and improve social services,family farmsplaying better advantage in food production has become critical. Thus,trying to build a strong value for family farms in Shanghai agricultural social service system has a theoretical level.Shanghai’s Songjiang District typical family farm has nearly eight years’ successful development. Government-led agricultural social service system,from the perspective of the whole agricultural industry chain to provide services for the family farm,but there are many imperfections. This paper analyzes the necessity of family farms Shanghai development,realistic conditions,meaning,and qualitative analysis of the necessity of family farms for agricultural social service needs.Then,based on the current status of Shanghai family farm literature research and field investigation,Songjiang District,the family farm as a typical representative,analyze and summarize the status of agricultural social services,and think about the current problems.Finally, through a comparative study, drawing on the basis of full agricultural social service system experienced the United States, the Netherlands, Japan, three representative on, and based on scientific analysis,from prenatal services, delivery service, post-natal services and Integrated Services four aspects of Shanghai socialized service system of agriculture was initially built, and to analyze the significance of the family farm from14 Countermeasures path and construction methods, as architectureShanghai family farm agricultural social service system, at the same time,make recommendations on how to resolve the family farm for the current social service problems existing within this framework.
