Study On Forestry Ecological Civilization Construction In Jilin Province

Relative to primitive civilization, agricultural civilization and industrial civilization, ecological civilization, as the fourth civilization form, is a new path for solving the problem of human society development formed by constantly reflecting in the face of disadvantages caused by industrial civilization. Since the founding of New China, especially after the Third Plenary Session of the 11 th Central Committee, Chinese economy grows rapidly and gradually embarked on the road of industrial civilization rapid development of industrialization, urbanization and modernization. However, the development of society is constrained by a conflict between population and resources and environment, frequent environmental disasters and geographic disasters happened from the last decade of the 20 th century to the early 21 st century, and society development is faced with great challenges and ecological crisis.Forestry Ecological Civilization Construction is the most important part in the whole ecological civilization construction, in other words, ecological civilization is the overall objective and Forestry Ecological Civilization is an important means to achieve ecological civilization. Jilin province is the province abundant in forestry resource, and the forestry ecological civilization construction in Jilin province plays a vital role in the construction of China’s ecological civilization and blessed with a lofty historical mission. The purpose of this thesis is to find out problems appeared in the construction of Jilin’s forestry ecological civilization and define the essence of forestry ecological civilization construction, and explore ways to solve the problems by combining with the basic principles of Marxism, Marxist theory of ecological civilization and other important thoughts and analyzing on the status of forestry ecological civilization in Jilin province so as to provide a theoretical reference for forestry ecological civilization construction in Jilin Province to further promote the popularization and promotion of forestry ecological civilization construction.
