Study On The Adjustment Of Forestry Industry Structure In Fujian Province Under The Background Of Ecological Civilization

In the period of industrial civilization,the human society experienced rapid economic development,while the ecological environment of the earth suffered from heavy load.The idea of ecological civilization arose at the historic moment.Protecting the earth's resources and environment has been an urgent task.In the process of ecological civilization development,the adjustment of forestry industrial structure plays an important role.Forestry industry covers the three industries of national economy,and the rationality of forestry industrial structure will directly affect the development of forestry economy.Rationality refers to relativity.Fundamentally,the adjustment of industrial structure runs through the development of an industry.Industrial structure adjustment is a process to improve the efficiency.On the contrary,in order to further improve the economic efficiency,it is necessary to adjust the industrial structure.Structural adjustment is always there.The development of today's society needs not only economic benefits but also ecological benefits.Therefore,according to the requirements of ecological civilization to the forestry industrial structure,the forestry industrial structure should be adjusted reasonably,so as to improve the economic and ecological benefits of the society,and to promote the sustainable development of human society.With the forestry industrial structure in Fujian Province as the research object and with the ecological environment which is directly related to the forestry industry as the breakthrough point of view,this paper explores the development of forestry industry structure in Fujian Province under the background of ecological civilization.It aims to find out some effective ways for the future development of forestry industry,to dig out the potential of it,and to promote the sustainable and stable growth of forestry economy in Fujian.This paper uses the theories of leading industry selection and sustainable development and model analysis approach to study the forestry structure of Fujian Province.Firstly,it describes the current situation of forestry industry by charts and uses uses the deviation analysis method to find out the competitive industries in Fujian Province and those with the lack of competitiveness.Secondly,the gray relational analysis method is used to associate the forestry industry with the ecological environment and then to discuss the forestry industry structure.Thirdly,according to the requirements of ecological cultivation,GM(1,1)model prediction is used to predict the development of forestry industry structure in Fujian Province from 2016 to 2020.Under the background of ecological cultivation,the output value of the three industries of forestry keeps increasing and as a dominant industry,the proportion of the third forestry industry has been significantly improved;Finally,it analyzes the favorable factors and constraints of the forestry industry adjustment and development and according to the requirements of ecological civilization,it puts forward some suggestions for the future development of forestry industry.According to the research results,this paper puts forward that the direction of future forestry industry adjustment should be based on the construction of ecological civilization:Firstly,based on the forestry primary industry,maintain the advantages of natural resources in Fujian Province and play ecological effects.Secondly,promote the transformation and upgrading of the secondary industry and improve the overall competitiveness of forestry secondary industry.Thirdly,vigorously develop the tertiary industry and make it the driving force of Fujian forestry economic growth.The above strategies aim to promote the sustainable development of forestry industry and the healthy development of forestry industry structure and the development of ecological civilization level of Fujian Province.
