| In recent years, gradually improving living standards of the masses and booming tourism make the traditional sightseeing way can no longer meet people’s demands of a wide range of travel. As a carrier of ecological leisure tourism, tourism resorts are becoming an excellent way for the public to relax and pleasure, and favored by more and more people. This article selects Changchun Lotus Hill Eco-tourism Resort(hereinafter referred to as the resort)on the basis of eco-tourism resource evaluation to research its late period development countermeasure for the study, which is aimd to understand resources status quo of the resort, provide a theoretical basis for realizing its scientific planning and the sustainable development, but also provide reference suggestions for the smooth development of other similar resort.This article has cleared the specific research methods based on the clarity of basic definitions and its domestic and foreign research status and development evolutions of eco-tourism, eco-tourism resort and eco-tourism resources; take an field expedition of the resort for a comprehensive and detailed understanding of its natural overview and socio-economic conditions; determine the weights using AHP on the the basis of scientific construction of the evaluation index system for eco-tourism resources of the resort, in addition to derive the composite value score of eco-tourism resources with the related questionnaire statistics;investigate and analyse the transportation, catering, accommodation and other 20 issues of the resort by means of multi-group questionnaires;carry out SWOT analysis of strategies for the future development of eco-tourism resources of the resort in order to make recommendations for the future development,construction and scientific planning of the resort. Related research conclusions are as follows:(1)The eco-tourism resources of the resort are specifically divided into two main categories, five sub-categories and twenty-one tour monomer;the tourism resources are unusual rich and set watch, development and scientific value in one study; while produce a high economic, social and ecological benefits; and at the same time encompass developed conditions for transportation, tourist market, geographic portfolio, construction and etc.(2)The comprehensive evaluation value on eco-tourism resources of the resort is 4.071,which is belong to the highest level of development potential of ecological resources assessment of the national standard. The eco-tourism resources of the resort are more high quality, with a high development potential and value.(3)Through the organizational questionnaires for community residents, resort staff, tourist, the eco-tourism resources of the resort are quite abundant, the best time to travel is during the spring, summer and winter, the transportation, accommodation of the resort is relatively complete, while the food and beverage, infrastructure and service levels to be further improved.(4)The tourist source places of the resort are mainly concentrated in Changchun Province and other surrounding areas, the majority of visitors are from Jilin Province; tourists visited the resort are mainly young and middle-aged, and their professions are mainly enterprises, institutions and general public; tourists’ residence time within the resort is relatively short, consumption levels are lower, and channels of getting information are fewer.(5)With the basis and premise of the existing eco-tourism resources and development status quo of the resort, conducting systematic SWOT analysis and combined with the conclusion and analysis results of the questionnaires, put forward specific development and programme proposals on development goals, tourism products, tourism services, lodging, dining, recreation and transportation facilities of the resort. |
