Human Resource Efficiency is a broader concept. In summary, human resource efficiency of enterprises is that human resources are allocated rationally and effectively by enterprises,which can make employees to achieve their abilities in order to form a good team and then they are likely to bring greater efficiency and higher returns for the enterprise.In this paper, the relevant elements of human resources in Xinjiang listed companies are as starting points, through human resource-related factors’ inputs and outputs and using DEA(data envelopment analysis) model calculate the relative efficiency of the best human resources in Xinjiang’s listed companies. Also PCA(Principal Component Analysis) method ranks overall efficiency of human resources in Xinjiang. The performances of DEA efficiency values have pros and cons. Input factors related to the configuration of the evaluation of human resources are reasonable; human resource evaluation by PAC to evaluate the allocation of human resources has room to improve.The level of operational efficiency is human resource efficiency advantage and disadvantage in corporate. The listed companies which have high efficiency value,the efficiency of human resources will be relatively favorable. The listed companies which are relatively high efficiency of Human Resources, which is one of the important issue in this study. Xinjiang Listed company’s human resources factor inputs at this stage whether the optimal efficiency of the human resources of the region in line, which is to be further analyzed. Overall, Xinjiang listed companies’ human resource allocation model is an important model and reference and even for the development of other businesses in Xinjiang region has important reference value.This paper adopts DEA efficiency analysis of listed companies in Xinjiang’s calculate human resource efficiency and the conclusion is that human resources into elements is increasing returns to scale. In a further analysis of PCA, each listed company is carried efficiency rankings and this ranking provide the theory support for enterprises. this ranking provide clear direction to how to improve the efficiency of human resource.In the end,based on comparative analysis of human resource efficiency,this paper provide countermeasures and suggestions related to improving the efficiency of human resources in Xinjiang. Investment of Xinjiang enterprises in term of human resource efficiency provide related references and suggestions.
